TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including hydro graphic and water transfer printing, laser engraving, and 3D printing. By using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

Payment and Pricing

We accept payment by all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. For individual customers, payment is required in full before we begin work on your project. Companies and members of the Partner Program may have other payment arrangements including "Due Upon Invoice" options. Our prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time.

Turnaround Time

We make every effort to complete your project within the estimated turnaround time, which we will provide to you when you place your order. However, we cannot guarantee a specific completion date, as many factors can affect the processing time from day to day. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Factors that affect processing time are shipping to the warehouse, design variations, film availability, paint availability, and return shipping back to the customer. We intend to be as transparent as possible throughout this entire process.

In most cases, a normal processing time for non-bespoke orders using film that is in stock will be approximately 1 week after we receive your product at the warehouse. The same order using 'out of stock' film will add an additional week to order the film.

Bespoke orders requiring custom design time, custom printed film, and/or large products that require dipping in sections will usually have processing time that varies between 2-4 weeks.

Shipping

We ship all completed projects via a reputable carrier, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your package is on its way. We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during shipping, but we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues that may arise. Intellectual Property

DIP FUSION retains all the rights to each project we produce. If a project involves a customer's intellectual property, such as business logos or other trademarked items, the customer retains rights to these individual elements associated with your project. However, by using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the intellectual property solely for the purpose of completing your project.

All customers are responsible for ensuring that content, images, phrases, ideas, and material provided to DIP FUSION for customization projects are not protected by trademark or copyright laws. DIP FUSION has the right to deny work including material that is suspected to be protected against copyright infringement. By submitting material to DIP FUSION for use in a project, the customer agrees that they are authorized by the content's owner and have the legal right to reproduce the material in conjunction with DIP FUSION's services. DIP FUSION reserves the right hold a customer liable for any legal action taken against DIP FUSION regarding material submitted by a customer without permission for legal use.

If you suspect your designs or material may be protected by another entity, we strongly encourage you to obtain permission from the owner's in writing.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which we are located.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of our website or services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
