Shipping policy

Shipping Products to DIP FUSION

Customers are responsible for following instructions when shipping their products to our company. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided via email upon checkout if the customer has selected the "Ship From Home" option. Please ensure that your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once your items arrive, we will confirm receipt and begin the customization process.

Shipping Insurance

Each shipping label provided by DIP FUSION includes a $200 USD shipping insurance, provided the customer follows packing instructions and the package can be confirmed to have entered the shipping process. Customers may opt to ship items worth more than $200 USD through another shipping provider and insurance plan of their own choice. DIP FUSION will not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items resulting from issues during the shipping process. DIP FUSION will not cover shipping charges for items shipped via providers or plan alternate from the shipping label provided to the customer after checkout.

Shipping Finished Products to the Customer

Once your items have completed the customization process, we will ship them back to you using a reputable carrier. We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is on its way. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package when it arrives.

Federal Laws and Rules for Shipping Firearms

Shipping fully assembled firearms from FFL to FFL is regulated by federal law. As a licensed FFL dealer, we adhere to all federal laws and regulations regarding shipping firearms. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their firearms are legally eligible for shipment and for complying with all relevant laws and regulations.

DIP FUSION will deny all shipments of fully assembled firearms from non-FFL licensed businesses. Individuals may not, under any circumstance, ship fully assembled firearms directly to DIP FUSION. Doing so may result in permanent confiscation. Firearms shipped directly to DIP FUSION from individuals or non-FFL businesses will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

By using our shipping services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any firearms that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
